Whether your schedule is packed, you're not a gym person, or you don't belong to one, these seven cardio workouts prove that you definitely don't need a gym to get your fitness on. Effective, calorie-burning cardio routines can be done right in the comfort of your own home, saving you major time.


So clear some space, lace up your sneakers, and get ready to work work work work work.


1. Do as many rounds as you can of this eight-minute routine.



These bodyweight moves from Blogilates' Cassey Ho get your heart rate up and incorporate some strength exercises, too. You'll do each move for 45 seconds (followed by a 15-second rest) until you complete all eight moves.
