With all the traveling we have been doing lately I feel like I have slacked off a bit on my good workout sessions. We are on the road again this week so I was looking for some workouts that I could do without having a lot of room or needing any equipment. When I found this one it looked like a great workout. It will be done this week during our travels in our hotel gym.
